DirectingCinematographyEditing

Every vision has a mountain to climb.

We are the film crew and edit suite that climbs it with you. Video for churches, non-profits, artists and conferences, planned, shot and finished in Los Angeles.

How it goes

Five scenes, from first call to final file.

You always know what happens next, who is doing it, and when you will see it.

    Listen

    Discovery

A free call. You tell us what you are trying to say and who needs to hear it. We tell you honestly how we would do it.

  2. 02

    Plan

    Pre-production

Treatment, locations, schedule and a fixed proposal you can approve in one read.

  3. 03

    Shoot

    Production

A small, calm crew. Directed, lit and recorded with intent, so the edit has everything it needs.

  4. 04

    Cut

    Post-production

We edit, grade and mix. You review each cut in a private screening room, with notes against timecodes.

  5. 05

    Deliver

    Delivery

Every format, every platform, named and organized. Approve it, download it, launch it.

The screening room

Review, approve and receive in one private place.

Every cut lives at a private link made for you. Watch it, leave notes pinned to the exact second, and approve it when it feels right. The final files wait there too.

  • Timecoded notes that tell us exactly what to change
  • Rounds of changes tracked for you, so nothing is a surprise
  • One tap to approve, one place to download every format
  • Private by design, open only for as long as you need it

The craft

Intentional from A to Z.

Nothing on screen is an accident, and nothing about working with us should be a mystery.

  1. Story before gear

We start with who it is for and what should change after they watch. The camera comes second.

  2. Sound is half the picture

Clean dialogue, designed music, and a mix that holds up on a phone speaker and a church sound system.

  3. Color with a reason

Every grade supports the feeling of the story. Nothing is added just because it can be.

  4. Finished means finished

Captions, every platform size, clearly named files. You never have to ask for the version you need.

  5. Notes you can actually give

Review in a private room, with timecoded notes in one place. No lost email chains.

  6. Nothing hidden

A clear proposal, a clear price and a clear schedule, before any work begins.

Good questions

Before you book.

Straight answers. If yours is missing, ask us.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the number of days, the locations, and what you already have. The planner on the Services page gives a realistic range in about two minutes, and every project is confirmed in a written proposal before you commit to anything.

We are a church or non-profit with a modest budget. Can you still help?

Yes. This is the work we know best. Tell us your budget on the first call and we will shape the project to fit it, and be honest about what is and is not possible at that number.

How long does a project take?

A short film or campaign usually moves from first call to final delivery in a few weeks, depending on scope and your schedule. Rush delivery is available. You get real dates in your proposal.

What do we need to prepare?

Just the story: what you want people to feel and do. We handle planning, locations, crew, music licensing and finishing. Before a shoot we send a one-page prep sheet so nothing surprises you on the day.

Can you edit footage we already shot?

Yes. Editing is a service on its own. Send the footage and a couple of videos you love, and we will find the story in it.

How do reviews and changes work?

You watch each cut in a private screening room, leave notes against timecodes, and approve when it feels right. Every project includes 2 rounds of changes, and extra rounds are available.

Who owns the finished film?

You do, once the project is paid in full. We ask to show the work in our portfolio, and we will leave it out if you prefer.

Do you travel?

We are based in Los Angeles and travel for the right project. Travel and lodging are quoted separately, up front.

How does payment work?

For most projects a deposit holds your dates and the balance is due on delivery. The details are in your proposal, in plain language.
